The Trek is Hume's extreme, 20+ mile hike across the Sierras. Rising before sunup, race to crest Kearsarge Pass (11,800 ft.) before beginning the 18-mile descent to Road's End. Five miles of extreme vertical gain and 18 miles of jarring, downhill trekking require that guests be in top physical condition. Cost includes a chartered bus (departing and returning to Fresno), campsites (Friday night), lodging at Hume (Saturday night), guides, permits, and all meals.
