Hume Lake employs over 100 full-time employees. Throughout the year, many seasonal and part-time employees assist in meeting the needs of over 40,000 conferees every year. During the summer, the staff grows by over 300 select Christians who have the desire to serve Jesus Christ in the unique ministry of Christian Camping. Each are chosen from a variety of geographical areas, regardless of race, color, sex, age, national origin, handicap, or veteran status. Hume Lake Christian Camps Inc. is an evangelical, not-for-profit, interdenominational camping ministry.
