Every summer we take a picture of our entire full time staff, summer time staff and staff families. It’s a bold endeavor and it tries the patience of everyone!
Well, summer staff orientation is drawing to a close and campers ARE ALMOST HERE! Crazy days.
One of the last things we do before camp starts is a long held tradition of taking a rock to one of the five corners of our property and praying over the camp, the campers, the staff, the speakers, the bands, etc.
This evening our entire staff (full time + summer) enjoyed the antics of Bob and Chuck, the wisdom of Bobby Phillips and the truth of God’s word (Luke 13, verses 10-17).
It’s called Oreo-tation (as opposed to orientation) because… well, I’m not sure why. All I know is that they throw out two-pack individually wrapped oreos… and we eat them.
