Feeling overwhelmed? Trying to make a big decision in life? Need just a few days to yourself or time to reconnect with your spouse? Come get away at Hume on us!! We know money is tight and you can’t always afford to go on a little trip, but we also know that it is really needed sometimes in the midst of your crazy schedules. Any mid-week during the months of September to April, we would love to provide a place for you (and spouse) to rest and relax up on the mountain—FOR FREE. You just get here; we’ll cover your housing and meals!!

Israel Study Tour

It is our heart at Hume Lake to continue to find innovative ways to invest in the ministries of the churches that we partner with. Hume’s vision statement says that we exist to spread the gospel by working with the local church, and with that in mind, years ago we developed a new study tour to Israel that we have been offering to our churches as a way to continue to invest into their ministries (visit the Israel blog from the 2020 Pastor’s Israel Study Tour). We know that the time a pastor has walking the land of the bible will not only enhance their understanding of the text but will have a ripple effect throughout their congregations as well. During these trips, we continue to see the life change that happens when you are able to let people experience the land first hand.

Special Deal from GTI

All said and done a typical trip to Israel with GTI costs around $4,000 and we know that this is completely out of the reach for most people in ministry. Through our partnership with GTI tours, we have been working to make this tour extremely affordable for people serving in full-time ministry by lowering the cost. GTI has offered to reduce the cost to $2800 for pastors and youth pastors, and $3,300 for their spouses who would like to go as well.

A True Study Tour Experience

Understand that this will be no vacation but an in-depth study tour with a mandatory pre-trip curriculum. Our desire is for this study tour to not only be an investment in you by Hume, but all also an investment by your church as well. We would love for your church leadership to come alongside you in prayer, possibly financially, and generally support you by helping send you on this trip. Each person interested in going on this trip must fill out the form below in order to be considered.
